When a club sends 5 skaters to the seminar- they can send 2 coaches FOR FREE! The Mariposa Seminar is an informative and motivational week for coaches and skaters to learn new techniques or train existing ones.  The seminar runs daily with scheduled on and off ice classes. Daily group lessons cover dynamic warm-up, jumps, spins and edges while choreography, ballet, flexibility and strength classes are rotated throughout the week to enhance your skater's training. Daily group lessons cover:

• Jump and Spin Technique
• Edge, Turn and Artistic Classes
• Ballet, Dance, Flexibility and Strength
• Off ice Jump class
• Lecture series

Daily group lessons cover dynamic warm-up, jumps, spins and edges while choreography, ballet, flexibility and strength classes are rotated throughout the week to enhance your skater's training. (Video recording of the sessions is permitted) Additionally, there is extra ice (ticket ice) that you can purchase if your skater would like to practice what they have learned during the day. While there are no group lessons during this extra time, some Mariposa coaches may be available for private lessons information to come at a later date.
