- All skaters must pre-register for each class through info@skatemariposa.com and then check-in at the office upon arrival

Spring Pre-Canskate; Canskate 2025
Pre-CanSkate is a dynamic learn-to-skate program that focuses on fun, participation and basic skill development. Based on Skate Canada’s long term athlete development (LTAD) principles, CanSkate centers on physical literacy and the fundamental skills needed to take part in any ice sport or to skate as a recreational activity. Pre-Canskaters must be 2-4 years of age. If your child is under 6 years of age and has completed the PreCanskate Ribbon, they may register for the CANSKATE program.
CanSkate is a dynamic learn-to-skate program that focuses on fun, participation and basic skill development. Based on Skate Canada’s long term athlete development (LTAD) principles, CanSkate centers on physical literacy and the fundamental skills needed to take part in any ice sport or to skate as a recreational activity. Canskaters must be 5 years of age OR passed stage one to do this program. Taught by NCCP-trained professional coaches, assisted by trained program assistants.Spring Starskate (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
Power Skating Spring 2025
Program runs for 5 weeks
- All skaters must pre-register for each class online and then check-in at desk upon arrival.
- All sessions max 30 skaters
- All sessions will be divided into groups according to the skaters level.
- This program requires full equipment

When a club sends 5 skaters to the seminar- they can send 2 coaches FOR FREE! The Mariposa Seminar is an informative and motivational week for coaches and skaters to learn new techniques or train existing ones. The seminar runs daily with scheduled on and off ice classes. Daily group lessons cover dynamic warm-up, jumps, spins and edges while choreography, ballet, flexibility and strength classes are rotated throughout the week to enhance your skater's training. Daily group lessons cover:- Jump and Spin Technique
- Edge, Turn and Artistic Classes
- Ballet, Dance, Flexibility and Strength
- Off ice Jump class
- Lecture series

EARLY BIRD $420 + hst
Before March 1st 2025 (full payment required prior to March 1st) The Mariposa Seminar is an informative and motivational week for coaches and skaters to learn new techniques or train existing ones. The seminar runs with a fluctuating schedule during the day with on and off ice classes. Each day is a different lesson for the skaters and coaches as well as the opportunity to mingle and interact with participating skaters and coaches. Daily group lessons cover:- Jump and Spin Technique
- Edge, Turn and Artistic Classes
- Ballet, Dance, Flexibility and Strength
- Off ice Jump class
- Lecture series

Full Package includes:
- 30 minutes off ice jumps Monday-Thursday
- 2 Freestyle Sessions
- 4 off ice conditioning classes
