Official Mariposa School of Skating Statement Regarding Ontario’s Roadmap to Reopen Plan

Since the initial lock down announced on March 13, 2020, and now projecting the potential return to ice during Stage 3 of the reopening plan in August 2021, our athletes will have missed over nine months or approximately 200 days of training time. During periods when the lock downs were lifted over the past 14 months, Mariposa was able to safely operate well over 3000 on-ice training sessions that included more than 350 different athletes at a variety of levels. Current status July 15, 2021   Skate Ontario Return To Play Page Return to Play Protocols Effective Friday, July 16, 2021, Ontario is entering Step 3 of the Roadmap to Reopen.
