Updates Covid-19 Skate Ontario Waiver to be completed once for the skating season 2020/2021

Reminders: Please keep in mind while planning your week only one parent per skater will be allowed into the building. NO siblings. 

All skaters must wear a mask at all times when in the building except when they are on the ice surface.

They can not drink water from the ice surface to the door to exit. Please wait until you are outside to have a drink.

Parents must view all sessions up in the viewing area, there is to be no lingering at ice level.

Synchro Registration Beginner

  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • Please indicate your current skating club.
  • A team roster will be created listing skaters' names, parents' names and contact information for Parents/Guardians. This roster will only be shared with Team Member Parents/Guardians. This is a great tool for parents to connect with other parents. Do we have permission to include your name, contact phone number and email address in the team roster?
  • Synchro Mariposa will send important e-mail updates to all Team Members via MailChimp. Do we have your permission to add your e-mail address to our distribution list?
  • A $474 deposit is due at registration. Please use the dropdown menu to indicate which payment option you prefer. If opting to pay for the deposit only, please ensure post-dated cheques are handed in with all registration forms. The option to pay online or by debit/cheque will be given on the next page.
