This session provides an excellent opportunity to work on the jump technique that skaters learn on ice. Off Ice jumps is an integral component of singles training. Under the direction of Janice Morgan, we offer a full off ice jump program, 3 days a week in order to improve consistency on and off the ice. It is highly recommended that skaters add the off ice jump package to their summer training schedule for optimal results.
Off Ice Jumps occur weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday*
*Exceptions for Canada Day, Civic Holiday and the final day of skating apply.
