Spring 2021 Edge and Balance
Sold Out This program is under the direction of Paul Matheson The program runs for 6 weeks. Tuesday's 4:00-4:50pm April 6th-May 11th, 2021 Each session will have two certified Mariposa instructors on it and is guaranteed to have Paul Matheson as one of the instructors a minimum of four of the five sessions. - Session time allows for practice of Freeskate, Skills, Interpretive and Dance
- Please be sure you have renewed your skate Canada number with your club

- Lessons delivered for STAR 1-5 Skate Canada Tests in Freeskate, Skills and Dance.

- Program runs 2 days a week
- All skaters must pre-register for each class online and check-in in person.

Day Ice 2020/2021
Mariposa School of Skating has Day Time “Ticket Ice” available for skaters September – June. We operate Monday to Friday 6:30am – 3:30pm. Monthly, weekly, daily and session rates are available for skaters. Typically Elementary pass suits skaters currently in elementary school. Monthly pass suits skaters in high school, Weekly pass suits skaters travelling to Barrie to train for a week or two. Ten Pass suits skaters skating once or twice per week. Please reach out to your coach to see what pass best suits your skating needs.Mariposa Code of Conduct and Expectations As a member of Mariposa School of Skating, there is an expectation to represent our organization in a respectful and responsible manner. When at practice, functions, competitions, exhibitions, it is of the utmost importance that Parents, Skaters, Coaches, Team managers, and supporters affiliated with Mariposa School of skating adhere to the following expectations; • Always behave in a professional and courteous manner • Arrive on time and be prepared • Follow the expectations and requests of your coaches • Be respectful to other parents, skaters, coaches competitors, officials, and volunteers • Do not negatively comment on other competitors, judges, marks or placements. • Abide by Skate Canada's Code of Ethics, and Skate Canada's Parent Code of Conduct • Refrain from using profanity • Skaters must look presentable and if required, wear Mariposa apparel. • On training sessions skaters will maintain a high level of respect, professionalism and training intensity.
